Jan, 31 2019Eric Copenhaver5Hands-down, Blue Bottle offers the best pour-over coffee around. It has a satin smoothness with decadent and delicate flavor notes. I used to be a dark roast zealot, but Blue Bottle destroyed me and my peasant tastes. It's super expensive though, ~$4 per cup. So only try it if you're both in the mood for a treat and willing to sacrifice the capacity to drink cheap coffee.
