Michele was SO GREAT. Honest, straightforward, and able to keep her wits about her as flight fares jumped all over the place within the span of 15 minutes. She was able to call the airlines to request the previous fare prices, and we were able to put the flight on hold pending final decision. Also, great discounts with certain airlines (one option would have saved us about $2,000 on biz class flights to Europe from LAX) and great insider information on specific planes within airlines (i.e., which ones are newer, what features they have, which ones their clients prefer, etc.). Would absolutely use this service again to book travel!
