Quick service, very friendly staff, and very high quality work. Yeah, it isn't exactly discount rates (as another reviewer complains) but hey this is Palo Alto, what do you expect. They did a full tune-up and replacement of key parts on my 2012 Norco Sight and everything feels top notch, almost felt like the 5-year-old bike was brand new when I hit the Soquel Flow Trail today. When they were working on the bike they mentioned things they thought could also be replaced/changed out but never put any pressure on me whatsoever, just brought things up they noticed and let me decide, which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend this place.
